Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of the product roadmap in alignment with growth objectives
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and recommend high impact initiatives to enhance digital subscriber experience
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify market best practices and emerging trends in streaming
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements with rigorous acceptance criteria
- Work in an agile environment with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high quality features
- Manage priorities by maintaining a healthy backlog and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders
- Define and monitor KPIs for products under responsibility
- Leverage usage data to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations
- Design and interpret experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and present progress updates to stakeholders
- Design and deliver training sessions for stakeholders following feature releases
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in digital product management, ideally within digital platforms, media, or online subscription environments
- Strong experience working in an agile environment and managing data driven products
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision: Contribute to product roadmap, identify innovation opportunities, conduct competitive analysis.
- Product Management and Delivery: Translate business needs into product requirements, work in agile environment, manage priorities.
- Analytics and Performance: Define and monitor KPIs, leverage usage data, design and interpret experiments.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate agile ceremonies, present progress updates, design training sessions.
Critical Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in digital product management, ideally within digital platforms, media, or online subscription environments.
- Strong experience working in an agile environment and managing data driven products.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast paced, evolving environment.
