Job Summary

  • The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and market positioning of Commercial Display and Video Conferencing solutions.
  • The role involves vendor management, product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, business development support, and coordination with sales, marketing, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product & Portfolio Management: Manage the complete product lifecycle for Commercial Display and Video Conferencing solutions.
  • Identify market opportunities and emerging technologies.
  • Develop product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend portfolio enhancements.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with global manufacturers and distributors.
  • Negotiate pricing, rebates, marketing funds, and commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and training programs with vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor requirements and certifications.
  • Business Planning & Strategy: Prepare sales forecasts and demand planning.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Define pricing strategies and profit margins.
  • Develop go to market plans for new product introductions.

Sales Enablement

  • Support sales teams with product positioning and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct product training and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Participate in key customer meetings and presentations.

Inventory & Procurement Management

  • Coordinate inventory planning with procurement and logistics teams.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
  • Manage purchase planning based on forecasted demand.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Work with marketing teams on campaigns, events, webinars, and promotions.
  • Develop product collateral, presentations, and market messaging.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Vendor Management, or Business Development.
  • Experience with Commercial Displays, Interactive Displays, LED Walls, Digital Signage, and Video Conferencing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of UAE/GCC IT and AV markets.

Preferred Vendor Experience

  • Samsung, LG, Hikvision, Dahua, ViewSonic, Yealink, Logitech, Poly, Cisco Collaboration, Microsoft Teams Rooms
