Role Overview
- This role plays a central role in developing and executing the direction of the Bureau’s data product portfolio.
- The function is responsible for ensuring that data products are market relevant, commercially viable, and aligned to partner, sector, and regulatory needs.
- The Data Product Manager is responsible for managing at a portfolio level the full product lifecycle from ideation to rollout, enhancement, and retirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic relationships with internal Directors and subject matter experts, and relevant external stakeholders.
- Conduct secondary research, interact with credit bureau specialists, understand market trends to design new data products.
- Create project plans for new data products and act as a coordinator to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a data product portfolio following product lifecycle best practices.
- Lead product ideation and conceptualization based on market feedback.
- Translate business problems into scalable data product concepts and solution frameworks.
- Create data product business cases, including commercial viability and revenue potential.
- Define detailed business requirements through Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Coordinate development of product prototypes and minimum viable solutions.
- Conduct pre rollout validation with target partners and sectors.
- Lead and coordinate product rollout planning across internal stakeholders.
- Ensure operational readiness across technology, processes, and partner delivery channels.
What We’re Looking For
- Educated with at least bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in English and Arabic.
- Strong collaboration and cross functional teamwork skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities.
- 4 9 years of experience in consulting/ product development/product strategy across different sectors.
- Experience working with data driven products, platforms, or services.
- Proven track record in leading product lifecycle activities from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross functional coordination.
- Knowledge of technological applications (software) in business environments.
- Understanding of commercial agreements and business frameworks relevant to product partnerships.
- Able to lead product initiatives and plan product development and roll out.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
