Role Overview

  • We're seeking an exceptional Associate Principal–Partner Experience to join our Partnerships team!
  • The role encompasses the management of sales, product usage, partner concerns, complaint resolution, cross selling initiatives, business development, and sector penetration.
  • A key responsibility involves conducting impactful presentations and pitches to augment and broaden the utilization of company products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage B2B partner relationships, achieving revenue targets, and meeting performance departmental and corporate KPIs objectives.
  • Work with existing and new partners to understand their business needs and challenges, identifying untapped use cases where Etihad Credit Bureau’s products can deliver unique solutions.
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to develop bespoke product propositions that align with partner objectives, presenting innovative ways to leverage the bureau’s data and solutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision makers within partner organizations to explore and unlock new opportunities for product adoption and utilization across various industries.
  • Organize and deliver workshops, webinars, and product demonstrations tailored to specific partner needs, highlighting the practical applications and impact of the bureau’s solutions.
  • Identify and assess new prospects, evaluate potential leads, and prepare onboarding recommendations for management approval. Oversee and ensure a seamless onboarding process for partners once approval is granted.
  • Contribute to the development of new product and sector penetration by collaborating with Data Analytics to showcase the value of company data when combined with external data.
  • Ensure CRM systems are optimized to effectively serve partners and the company, maintaining accurate and up to date partner information as the single source of truth.
  • Work with the line manager to develop informative dashboards to support section management, monitor relationships and target achievements.
  • Manage the preparation of periodic reports and updates on sales, business activities, and target achievements, propose justified revisions supported by data driven analysis.

What We’re Looking For

  • Educated with at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; education specialization or master’s degree in business.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for all levels (Partner to board).
  • Influencing and negotiation skills.
  • 5 8 years of solid experience in consultative sales and/or business development within the B2B sales environment in the UAE market.
  • Credible experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Proven track record in sales and performance management.
  • Proven track record in corporate sales & relationship management – executing strategies & delivering results.
  • Knowledge of technological applications (software) in business environments.
  • Knowledge of product review and development.
