About the Role
Etihad Credit Bureau is looking for a Martech Analyst to manage CRM campaigns, analyze performance, and oversee marketing technology platforms. The role involves end-to-end campaign management, digital analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute segmented CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, push notifications and upcoming channels to drive acquisition, engagement and conversion
- Optimize existing lifecycle automations and support in developing new journeys to enhance user engagement and experience
- Lead A/B testing and user segmentation initiatives to optimize messaging, evaluate campaign variations, and enhance campaign performance
- Track and report campaign performance, including key metrics such as delivery rate, open rate, click through rate, conversion, and more
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, funnels and automated alerts across GA4, MMP, and marketing automation tools
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc business performance reports for management and internal stakeholders
- Validate BI reports, track and resolve issues by liaising with data and technology teams
- Support the manager in onboarding and integration of marketing technology tools
- Define, test and manage events for new products and features, improving data flow across GA4 and marketing automation tools
- Manage and maintain MMP configurations, including SDK/event tracking, attribution settings, partner integrations, validation processes and AI agents
- Regularly validate and troubleshoot events, attributes, conversions, and tagging implementations across all tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with the creative team to support timely delivery of high quality assets for campaigns and assist in managing the campaign calendar
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4 7 years of proven hands on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., MoEngage, Infobip, CleverTap or similar)
- Proven experience working with GA4 for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
- Experience working with MMP (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch) for campaign tracking and attribution
- Practical knowledge of BI reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and SQL for reporting and analytics
- Experience in leveraging AI for automation
- Practical knowledge of paid marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Arabic
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a regulated environment with adherence to data and compliance standards

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Education specialization or master’s degree in a related field
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Arabic
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail
Experience
- 4 7 years of proven hands on experience with marketing automation tools (E.g. MoEngage, Infobip, CleverTap or similar), preferably in a fintech or banking environment in the UAE
- Proven experience working with GA4 for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
- Experience working with MMP (E.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch) for campaign tracking and attribution
- Practical knowledge of BI reporting tools (E.g. PowerBI) and SQL for reporting and analytics
- Experience in leveraging AI for automation
- Practical knowledge of paid marketing campaigns (E.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Ability to deal with varied tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Mindset to learn new technologies and marketing channels as required
- Ability to work in a regulated environment with adherence to data and compliance standards
