Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise grade Azure architectures with focus on reliability, security, performance, cost, and operational excellence
- Define and enforce DevOps standards, best practices, and guardrails across teams
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps with static code analysis, automated testing, and security checks
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code following reusability, security, and compliance best practices
- Design and configure High Availability and disaster recovery solutions across Azure services
- Implement performance optimization strategies such as autoscaling and caching
- Configure Azure Application Insights, logging, metrics, and tracing; use Dynatrace for performance analysis
- Implement security best practices, integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines, and manage identity with Azure AD B2C
- Monitor and optimize Azure cloud costs using cost management tools and tagging strategies
- Lead and deliver Proof of Concepts for new tools and architectural patterns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud, or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of hands on, architect level experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Application Insights, AD B2C, AKS, Redis Cache, Front Door
- Experience with Azure SQL Database and Azure Cosmos DB
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Proficient in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Russian, Turkish, and Central Asian languages is a plus

About the Role
- Senior DevOps Engineer with architect level, hands on Azure expertise to design, build, secure, and operate highly available, scalable, cost optimized, mission critical cloud applications.
- Requires deep understanding of end to end DevOps practices, from code to production, including static code analysis, test automation, monitoring, alerting, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise grade Azure architectures, taking reliability, security, performance, cost, and operational excellence into consideration.
- Provide hands on architectural leadership for Azure based platforms and services.
- Define and enforce DevOps standards, best practices, and guardrails across teams.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps with static source code analysis, automated testing, and security checks.
- Enable continuous deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling deployments).
- Automate environment provisioning and application deployment across multiple environments.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code following reusability, security, and compliance best practices.
- Design and configure High Availability and disaster recovery solutions across Azure services.
- Implement performance optimization strategies (autoscaling, caching) for applications and infrastructure.
- Configure Azure Application Insights, logging, metrics, and tracing; conduct performance degradation and failure analysis using Dynatrace.
- Implement security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines; integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
- Monitor and optimize Azure cloud costs using cost management tools and tagging strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field; master's degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud, or engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of hands on, architect level experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Application Insights, AD B2C, AKS, Redis Cache, Front Door.
- Experience with Azure SQL Database and Azure Cosmos DB.
