- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and analyze market trends
- Establish contact with new customers and perform product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and packages with customers
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and recommend new products
- Assist in surgeries by accompanying doctors and nurses with equipment related issues
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Coordinate with finance, warehouse, and logistics for invoicing and delivery
- Conduct training sessions for customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience related to attending operating theatre
- Valid UAE driving license
- Good knowledge in surgical products
- Based in UAE (preferred)

Job Brief
- The incumbent will be responsible for promoting products and services, identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize profits.
Accountabilities
- Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and analyze market trends.
- Plan and assist with new product releases and events.
- Establish contact with new customers and perform product demonstrations.
- Follow up with new customers to negotiate contracts and packages.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and recommend new products.
- Assist in surgeries by accompanying doctors and nurses with equipment related issues.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of all products sold.
- Place orders to the concerned purchase coordinator.
- Coordinate with Finance Department for invoicing and collection.
- Coordinate with warehouse for timely deliveries.
- Conduct training sessions to customers and assist with equipment issues.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Additional: Candidates preferred to be based in UAE; Must have valid UAE driving license.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience related to attending operating theatre.
- Job Specific Skills: Require a good knowledge in surgical products.
