Overview
A unique hybrid, double-hat role with a leading bank, based in Deira (onshore UAE), combining product development and business analysis within a growing Digital Banking function.
Suitable for a mid-level candidate (3 - 4+ years' experience), the two key responsibilities for this Product Development Business Analyst role are as follows:
1.
Lead in the development of a new retail loan for the bank, to be offered via online application (Digital Banking)
2.
Work as a Business Analyst for the go-live of the product, and for the broader Digital Banking Transformation programme
Requirements For Product Development Business Analyst
- Relevant experience in retail or consumer banking within the UAE (ideally Dubai, DFSA-regulated environment, though some flexibility can be considered) or the wider Middle East.
- For this Product Development Business Analyst role, it will not be necessary or desirable to relocate a candidate from overseas, as the skill set is available locally.

- Able to integrate quickly into a team environment
- Please note that this role is fully office-based (Monday - Friday, with an early finish on Fridays).
