About the role

  • Responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers to deliver competitive, high quality products that support QRH sales and operations.
  • Oversees contracting processes, pricing and benchmarking, and ensures timely product setup and availability.
  • Supports product development by expanding the portfolio with new offers and services.

Accountabilities

  • Identify, source, and manage supplier relationships in line with the QRH product strategy.
  • Maintain structured engagement with key suppliers to align on joint commercial objectives.
  • Support execution of the QRH product plan by ensuring a balanced and competitive portfolio.
  • Continuously analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Optimise margin strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
  • Manage end to end supplier contracting processes, including supplier setup in Oracle.
  • Review and validate contract amendments to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Ensure timely availability of product inventory, rates, and tactical offers.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on supplier performance, product production, and sales trends.
  • Monitor daily sales and market demand patterns to anticipate peak periods.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the QRH product portfolio and supplier offerings.
  • Support internal enablement by delivering product updates, training sessions, and supplier presentations.

About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job related experience.
  • Experience working with contracts and uploading them into online systems.
  • Ability to prepare and manage costing sheets and basic pricing/benchmark analysis.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Background in travel, tour operations, or product/commercial roles.
  • Experience in a product or contracting function, ideally in outbound travel (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of airfares or GDS systems (preferred).

Job Specific Skills

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Good understanding of destinations and travel products.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Interest in travel and delivering high quality products.
