About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end procurement & logistics activities for medical supplies, consumables, equipment, and general hospital requirements
- Source approved suppliers, request quotations, compare prices, and support vendor negotiations
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) according to hospital policies and approval procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply issues
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of essential medical items
- Track shipments, deliveries, and import documentation where applicable
- Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents for medical shipments
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and purchasing reports
- Work closely with clinical departments, warehouse teams, finance, and administration to meet operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare procurement standards, quality requirements, and internal policies
- Support cost saving initiatives through supplier evaluation and efficient purchasing practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, healthcare facility, or medical supply environment preferred
- Knowledge of medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare equipment procurement is an advantage
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or hospital procurement systems) preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage urgent supply requirements in a fast paced healthcare environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Job Summary
