Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Procurement and Supplier Evaluation, with experience managing sourcing processes and vendor relationships.
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and administering commercial agreements.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess risks, and support decision making for cost optimization and performance improvement.
- Knowledge of engineering and construction industry procurement practices, preferably within large scale or international projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office tools, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and diverse cultures.
