Role Description
- The Assistant Manager role at KILONEWTONS is a full time, on site position based in Riyadh.
- The Assistant Manager will support day to day operations by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
- This role will assist in resource planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards.
- The Assistant Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams, support process improvements, and help implement company policies, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
- The role also involves helping manage documentation, monitoring key performance indicators, and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and ethical work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or similar), and comfort working with spreadsheets, presentations, and basic data analysis.
- Foundational understanding of project management principles, including planning, risk awareness, and stakeholder coordination; prior experience in engineering, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, showing adaptability, problem solving skills, and a commitment to ethical and inclusive practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications or ongoing professional development are a plus.
- Willingness to work on site in Riyadh and engage with internal and external stakeholders in a professional, culturally aware manner.
