Requirements
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in operational HR support
- Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, including compliance with local labor regulations and ethical guidelines
- Experience managing Employee Benefits, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication
- Skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations, performance support, and record keeping
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Experience in engineering, construction, or related industries is an advantage
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Human Resources Specialist role based in Riyadh.
- The Human Resources Specialist will support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, manage employee records, and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Daily responsibilities include responding to employee inquiries, coordinating benefits administration, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in operational HR support.
