Role Description

  • The Key Account Manager is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh, responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships.
  • This role includes overseeing key accounts, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored engineering and construction solutions.
  • The Key Account Manager will develop account plans, monitor performance against targets, and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Daily tasks involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, preparing reports and forecasts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • The role also requires close collaboration with cross functional teams to support project delivery and maintain long term, trust based partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to handle strategic clients and maintain long term relationships.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities to interpret data, build account strategies, and support decision making.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities to respond to client needs, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Relevant experience in engineering, construction, or related industries, preferably in managing major or strategic accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare clear reports and forecasts.
  • Ability to work on site in Riyadh and engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
