- We are currently looking for an experienced Executive – Procurement & Contracts to join a leading healthcare project organization in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement and contracting activities, supporting tendering processes, vendor management, contract administration, and ensuring operational excellence across procurement functions.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement and contract lifecycle activities
- Support preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and tender documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for procurement requirements
- Handle contracts, NDAs, LOIs, LOAs, and supplier agreements
- Monitor vendor performance, contract compliance, and cost optimization
- Resolve procurement and payment-related issues with suppliers/vendors
- Maintain accurate procurement and contract documentation
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- 🔹 Requirements:
- ✔ Experience in Procurement & Contracts within UAE
- ✔ Strong understanding of tendering and vendor management processes
- ✔ Experience handling contracts and procurement documentation
- ✔ Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- ✔ Healthcare, construction, or project-based industry experience is preferred
