Emirates Islamic is seeking a detail-oriented Processor for the EI Sales team.
The role supports customer finance applications from submission through approval and booking.
The position focuses on accuracy, timely follow-up, coordination, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer finance applications accurately within agreed turnaround times.
- Collect, verify, and manage documents according to approved checklists.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, customers, and internal stakeholders to complete deals.
- Respond to customer queries and provide regular application status updates.
- Maintain MIS reports and follow standard operating procedures.
- Support audit, compliance, and service quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma qualification.
- Experience in banking operations, sales support, processing, customer service, or administration.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation management, and follow-up skills.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
