Role Purpose
Validate and process operational transactions, support branches and internal business units, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and operating procedures.
Central Operations Responsibilities
- Validate and process operational transactions in line with approved policies and service standards.
- Support branches and internal business units with operational assistance.
- Manage account identification and closure activities and handle cheque return processes within agreed timelines.
- Resolve operational issues, respond to business queries, and maintain accurate records.
Escrow Processing and Records
- Process escrow transactions accurately and maintain service-level adherence.
- File and archive transaction records in line with internal controls to support audit readiness.
- Input transaction data into core banking and escrow management systems and flag incomplete documentation or discrepancies.
- Update workflow trackers and status logs and prioritise daily work to meet agreed turnaround times.
