Position Overview

We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Processor Officer to join First Solution Management Services.

The primary responsibility of this role is to process, review, and submit customer applications received from Sales Executives, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank requirements.

The Processor Officer plays a critical role in supporting sales operations and ensuring smooth and timely application processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and review Credit Card, Personal Loan, Auto Loan applications submitted by Sales Executives
  • Verify application documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank guidelines
  • Coordinate with Sales Executives to resolve missing or incorrect documentation or discrepant
  • Track application status and follow up with banks for updates or additional requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of applications and update internal tracking systems
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly processing and MIS reports
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, bank procedures, and compliance standards
  • Support the sales team by ensuring timely processing and turnaround of applications

Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in banking operations, loan processing, or credit card processing

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

Skills And Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet processing timelines
  • Well-organized with good documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and documentation requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office and bank processing systems
  • Experience in banking product processing is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
