Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling banking products to individual and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Promote and sell Credit Cards / Auto Loans to customers.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis and provide customized banking solutions.
  • Ensure timely follow up on client queries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the banking CRM system.
  • Meet individual and branch sales/relationship targets.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Age: 20 to 35 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in retail or corporate banking, preferably in product sales or relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer focused with problem solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of banking products and regulations.
  • Clear credit history.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (banking or financial services preferred).
  • Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
