Job Summary
- The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling banking products to individual and corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Promote and sell Credit Cards / Auto Loans to customers.
- Conduct financial needs analysis and provide customized banking solutions.
- Ensure timely follow up on client queries and requests.
- Maintain accurate client records in the banking CRM system.
- Meet individual and branch sales/relationship targets.
- Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and market trends.
Requirements
- Age: 20 to 35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in retail or corporate banking, preferably in product sales or relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer focused with problem solving abilities.
- Knowledge of banking products and regulations.
- Clear credit history.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (banking or financial services preferred).
- Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
