- Have a strategic vision for the automation platforms, including how they’re designed, configured, and supported
- Provide after hour support as required
- Build automation workflows using low code platforms such as UiPath Studio or Power Automate
- Produce documentation such as process maps, automation design documents and business requirements
- Quantify potential benefits such as time savings, cost reduction, or error reduction
- Interview stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies
Requirements
- Degree in business, computer science, or engineering with relevant work experience
- 5+ years working as a business analyst, systems analyst or in a process improvement role
- Experience working in agile or product delivery environments
- Strong knowledge of emerging AI technologies
- Strong understanding of RPA (experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is preferred)
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations with basic understanding of scripting or programming (e.g., C#, Python)
- Experience with low code automation platforms (preferred: UiPath)
- Strong ability to analyze and redesign business processes with mapping tools (Visio, Miro, etc.)

Job Description
- We are seeking a Process Automation Engineer who can analyze existing business processes, design improved future state workflows and implement automation solutions using low code platforms.
- This role combines process analysis, automation design, and hands on configuration of automation workflows using platforms such as UiPath and other AI enabled tools.
- The goal of this role is to identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, streamline operations, and apply AI driven automation across the business.
Specifically, You Will

Physical Demands/Working Conditions
- Office environment – Hybrid, with 4 days onsite in Richmond Hill, subject to the hybrid policy.
