Responsibilities
- Build a data driven roadmap with product initiatives to improve the overall customer shopping experience with focus on omnichannel capabilities
- Build product artifacts describing ideal future state, journey maps, business cases, and gain buy in on short and long term opportunities
- Lead implementation of initiatives in close collaboration with UX designers, analysts, engineering, and ensure delivery on time and budget
- Provide regular and transparent product updates to executive level stakeholders through formal presentations and written communications
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent; MBA a plus
- 3+ years of experience in product management, website redesign, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in an eCommerce company
- Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery practices
- Ability to navigate large organizations and build strong business partner relationships
- Experience with product mapping tools, open source technologies, public/private cloud technologies
- Knowledge of Contentful and design systems a plus

- Le Product Manager, eCommerce, est chargé de définir la stratégie produit pour transformer la façon dont nos clients achètent sur le(s) site(s) web de Staples.
- Cette personne sera la voix du client et mènera la charge en priorisant et en équilibrant les objectifs de l'entreprise tout en offrant la meilleure expérience client possible.
Responsabilités
- Construire une feuille de route basée sur des données avec des initiatives de produits qui amélioreront l'expérience globale d'achat des clients.
- Construire des artefacts de produits décrivant l'état futur idéal, des cartes de parcours, des analyses de rentabilité.
- Diriger la mise en œuvre des initiatives en étroite collaboration avec les concepteurs UX, les analystes, l'ingénierie.
- Fournir des mises à jour régulières et transparentes sur les produits aux parties prenantes de niveau exécutif.
Qualifications
- Diplôme BS/BA ou équivalent (MBA un atout).
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de produits, la refonte de sites web ou un domaine connexe.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle.
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans une entreprise de commerce électronique.
- Expérience des pratiques de livraison Agile et Scrum.
- Capacité à naviguer dans de grandes organisations et à développer de solides relations avec les partenaires commerciaux.
- Expérience des outils de cartographie des produits, des technologies open source, des technologies de cloud public/privé.
- Connaissance de Contentful et des systèmes de conception, un atout.
