Job Purpose

Support visa and government-related operations as a PRO Typist.

Prepare and process employment, residency, and labor applications accurately and on time.

Schedule and Employment

  • The position is full-time.
  • The working schedule is Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit employment visa, work permit, residency, renewal, amendment, and cancellation applications.
  • Complete submissions through MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Amer, and other government portals.
  • Process Emirates ID, medical fitness, health insurance, employment contract, labor, and government-form documentation.
  • Review documents, monitor application statuses, maintain expiry records, and follow up on approvals or requests.
  • Coordinate with employees, departments, typing centers, and government authorities.
  • Keep the team informed of progress, delays, and regulatory updates.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous UAE experience as a PRO Typist, Visa Typist, or Government Services Executive.
  • Knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Amer, and UAE employment visa, labor, and residency procedures.
  • Strong English communication and typing skills; Arabic typing is an advantage.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, organization, document management, and deadline management.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
