Position Overview
- Pro Account Sales Associates (PASAs) build relationships and sell products to industrial, commercial and other professional customers.
- Provide outstanding service through product knowledge and develop professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Spends minimum of 25% of time pursuing new business on the sales floor.
- Develops one on one relationships with Pro customers.
- Uses GET Involved behaviors to ask questions and demonstrate up selling.
- Maintains organized system for profiling and tracking top accounts.
- Follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Strives to meet personal goals set by Supervisor.
- Delivers sales presentations to potential customers outside of store at Supervisor's discretion.
- Creates customer quotes and processes orders quickly and accurately.
- Ensures orders are picked up and delivered.

Physical Requirements
- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items.
- Requires ability to lift and move heavy and bulky items without assistance.
- Climbing ladders up to 16 feet.
- Walking and Standing.
- Identifying and reading reports, tickets and UPC labels.
Working Conditions
- Temporary cracks may appear in the floor due to forklifts.
- Warehouse environment can be dusty and noisy.
- Floors may become slippery during wet weather.
- May handle merchandise with sharp edges.
- Passing forklifts emit gas fumes.
- Tools and merchandise may contain hazardous materials.
