The Private Dining Supervisor works with waiters to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of orders and amenities received from the Order Taker.
The role provides backup for the Assistant Manager and supervises and coordinates daily private dining activities.
The role is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s highest established standard of service.
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star international hotel.
- Strong private dining, in-room dining, or food and beverage experience.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Organized, efficient, and positive approach with a strong guest-service focus.
- Strong upselling skills.
- HACCP training is an advantage.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Work with waiters to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all orders and amenities received from the Order Taker.
- Provide backup support for the Assistant Manager.
- Supervise and coordinate daily private dining activities.
- Maintain the hotel’s established standard of service.
