- Prepare and serve daily meals to a high standard
- Accurately calculate calories, macros, portions, and ingredients
- Develop healthy, high protein, and customised meals when required
- Experiment with different cuisines, ingredients, techniques, and food science
- Purchase groceries and source quality ingredients
- Manage pantry, refrigerator, freezer, stock levels, and expiry dates
- Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and organisation
- Minimise food waste and manage grocery spending responsibly
- Prepare meals for guests and small private gatherings when required
- Maintain discretion, professionalism, and household privacy
Requirements
- Formal culinary school qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional chef experience
- Strong spoken and written English
- Experience in menu planning, grocery purchasing, and kitchen management
- Good knowledge of nutrition, calorie counting, and macronutrients
- Ability to cook a broad range of international cuisines
- Creative, organised, clean, reliable, and able to work independently
- Private household experience is preferred but not essential
