Role overview
Principal Software Engineer role supporting Eurofins IT Solutions in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
The role contributes to the Eurofins Quality Management System, a web application used by scientists, engineers, and technicians for quality and compliance processes.
The role reports to an Engineering Manager.
Work arrangement
- The role is hybrid with three days working from the office.
Experience and technical qualifications
- Requires 7-12 years of experience in software engineering.
- Requires end-to-end web application development using Microsoft stack technologies.
- Requires expertise in n-tier architecture, object-oriented design, design patterns, and interface design.
- Requires experience with .NET, .NET Core 5/6/7, C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Angular 7 or above.
- Requires working knowledge of Cosmos DB, Elasticsearch, Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, event-driven architecture, domain-driven architecture, and microservices.
- Requires UI testing and unit testing experience with tools such as MSTest, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, or Karma.
- Requires knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Requires authentication and authorization knowledge; OAuth2 and OpenID Connect are plus areas.
