Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end web applications using Microsoft-stack technologies.
- Work on applications and Electronic Lab Notebook systems for international laboratories.
- Provide technical recommendations and solve technical problems.
- Conduct and close code reviews while following programming best practices.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, write efficient code and queries, and use SQL Profiler.
- Work with authentication and authorization, Service-Oriented Architecture, and Agile practices.
Required experience and skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications with Microsoft-stack technologies.
- Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Angular 2 or above, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Good knowledge of Cosmos DB and MSSQL or SQL, plus experience using TFS.
- Familiarity with UI and unit testing tools including MS Test, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, or Karma.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and n-tier architectures.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization and experience with at least one SOA project.
- Experience working in Agile practices, preferably Scrum.

- Customer-service orientation, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, and entrepreneurial thinking are expected.
- The role requires very good English communication, structured writing, analytical reasoning, a positive attitude, self-motivation, and teamwork.
Performance management
Performance management includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews, and annual reviews.
Project KPIs are set and communicated and documented during the first 30 days after joining.
