Role Overview
Eurofins IT Solutions supports next-generation applications and Electronic Lab Notebooks used by scientists, engineers, and technicians across international laboratories.
The Principal Software Engineer reports to an Engineering Manager and develops end-to-end web applications using Microsoft-stack technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end web applications using Microsoft-stack technologies.
- Provide technical recommendations and solve technical problems.
- Raise code reviews, resolve review comments, and close code reviews.
- Apply programming best practices, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot performance-related issues and write efficient code and database queries.
- Participate in UI testing, unit testing, and Agile practices.
Required Experience and Skills
- 7–10 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications is required.
- Strong working knowledge of .NET, C#, MVC, and Web API is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Angular 2 or above, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3 is required.
- Good working knowledge of Cosmos DB and Microsoft SQL Server or SQL is required.
- Experience using TFS, UI testing, and unit testing is required.
