About the role

Key responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and roadmap across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
• Drive acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue, and customer lifetime value outcomes.
• Build expertise in Gulf customers, market dynamics, competitive trends, and regulatory developments.
• Use customer insights to reduce friction for migrant and expatriate money-transfer customers.
• Lead rapid prototyping, experimentation, analysis, and product iteration.
• Navigate KYC, AML, fraud, risk, payments, FX, and regulatory requirements.
• Influence technical decisions affecting speed, scalability, resilience, and long-term flexibility.
• Create multilingual, mobile-first, culturally relevant customer experiences.
• Use analytics to define metrics and evaluate business impact.
