Responsibilities
- Own the GCC growth strategy and roadmap, driving acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue outcomes
- Act as regional product leader, partnering with business, compliance, risk, engineering, design, and analytics teams
- Build deep customer and market expertise for migrant and expatriate senders
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate product development, customer research, and experimentation
- Prototype and validate ideas quickly using AI assisted development and rapid experimentation
- Run a high velocity experimentation engine with engineering, analytics, and design
- Navigate fintech complexity including KYC, AML, fraud, risk, payments, FX, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with engineering on critical technical decisions
- Collaborate with design to create intuitive and culturally relevant experiences
- Drive data informed decision making with analytics teams
- Mentor product managers and raise the bar across the organization
- Communicate with clarity and influence to align executives and cross functional teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or regulated consumer domain
- Proven track record of product led growth across acquisition, retention, and revenue
- Fluency with modern AI tools (e.g., agentic coding assistants, LLM based prototyping)
- Deep fintech knowledge including KYC/AML, fraud, risk, FX, and payment rails
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem solving skills with hands on experience in product analytics and A/B testing tools
- Experience setting product strategy and roadmapping at Principal/L4 PM scope
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- End to end product ownership from discovery to go to market

You Will

You Have Must haves
- 10+ years of product management experience — ideally in fintech, payments, or another regulated, high trust consumer domain.
- A genuine builder. You prototype your own ideas. You're fluent with modern AI tools.
- Fintech depth. You understand money movement and constraints like KYC/AML, fraud, risk, FX, and payment rails.
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem solving skills, with hands on experience in product analytics and experimentation tools.
- A track record of setting product strategy, roadmapping, and prioritization at Principal/L4 PM scope.
- A founder mindset and strong bias for action.
- A strategic, customer obsessed mindset.
- Experience improving acquisition and retention through growth loops.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- End to end product ownership.
Nice to haves
- Experience building for the GCC or broader MENA market.
- Familiarity with Gulf regulatory environment (SAMA, CBUAE) and regional payments ecosystem.
- Arabic language skills.
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML powered product features in production.
