About the Role
We are seeking a Presales/Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and technology partners for data center and critical infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical presales support by understanding customer requirements and designing end to end data center and critical infrastructure solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and respond to RFPs/RFIs and tender requirements
- Conduct site surveys, validate solution designs, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, customer workshops, and proof of concept (PoC) or pilot solutions
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and technology partners to provide technical guidance, enable channel partners, and support successful project conversions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within data centers, MEP, or critical infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of power systems, UPS, generators, cooling solutions, DCIM, and data center infrastructure
- Experience preparing technical proposals, BOMs, solution designs, and responding to RFPs/tenders
- Excellent customer facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline

Role Overview
- The Presales / Solutions Engineer serves as the technical bridge between customers, the sales team, and technology partners, ensuring the right data center and critical infrastructure solutions are proposed for each opportunity.
- This role is critical to strengthening technical credibility, improving proposal quality, and increasing the conversion of opportunities into successful projects.
Candidate Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within data centers, MEP, or critical infrastructure.
