Lead the growth and delivery of AECOM's Ports and Marine Engineering practice.

Support complex multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across regions and Enterprise Capability teams.
Project and client leadership
- Lead practice client relationships and ensure successful project delivery against schedule, cost, and quality targets.
- Drive continuous improvement through client feedback and delivery performance.
- Maintain project governance standards and effective supply chain and partner relationships.
Leadership and operations
- Grow practice capability and capacity regionally and through Enterprise Capability collaboration.
- Plan resources, manage utilisation, and develop and retain high-performing teams.
- Drive quality, innovation, KPIs, cost, schedule, and performance across the practice.
Safety and collaboration
- Lead safety, health, environment, wellbeing, sustainability, and safety performance initiatives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery and national workshare across business lines and geographies.
- Share technical expertise and strengthen collaboration with Enterprise Capability teams.
Business development
- Deliver the existing Ports and Marine Engineering portfolio while securing repeat business and new opportunities.
- Support sector-led bids, work winning, and the end-to-end sales cycle for projects.
- Develop Enterprise Capability strategies and relationships to maximise global delivery capability.
Required qualifications
- Extensive ports, coastal, or marine engineering experience leading large, complex programs.
- Professional registration such as Chartered Engineer, PE, or equivalent.
- Degree in civil, coastal, marine engineering, or a related field.
- Successful client development, strategic pursuit, and major multidisciplinary project delivery experience.
- Strong technical grounding in marine structures, coastal protection, dredging, reclamation, terminals, navigation, and resilience.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and guidance, including PIANC and regional codes.
- Experience leading Ports and Marine Engineering or multidisciplinary infrastructure teams.
