- Build and manage the PR agency relationship
Requirements
- 7+ years PR or communications experience in crypto or fintech
- Placed stories in Bloomberg, Reuters, CoinDesk, or equivalent outlets
- Experience managing protocol launch communications and fundraising announcements
- Writing that passes institutional review

About The Role
- The next twelve months include Pre Series A close, ZK Thunder mainnet, DEX going live, and Interest.One's first fund launches. The PR and Strategic Communications Director ensures these reach Bloomberg, Reuters, and CoinDesk with institutional precision.
What You Will Own
- Define and execute Mintlayer's external communications strategy: media relations, protocol announcements, fundraising communications, and crisis response

What You Bring
- 7+ years PR or communications — crypto or fintech mandatory
- Placed stories in Bloomberg, Reuters, CoinDesk, or equivalent outlets
- Experience managing protocol launch communications and fundraising announcements
