- Ensure consistency in messaging, storytelling, tone of voice, and brand image across all channels.
- Monitor, analyse, and report PR performance, including post project evaluations.
- Manage PR agencies and corporate communications alignment.
- Lead, develop, and support team members to ensure high performance and collaboration.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality PR or within a luxury brand/leading PR agency, preferably Dubai based with strong UAE and regional media networks.
- Proven expertise in managing media, influencers, and partnerships within the luxury sector.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a keen understanding of tone of voice, brand positioning, and image.
- Confident communicator with strong media knowledge and relationship management capabilities.
- Creative, proactive, and innovative mindset, with the ability to craft compelling stories and adapt to a dynamic media landscape.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), with strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.

About The Job
- Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai within the Marketing department in Dubai, the PR & Communications Manager is responsible to oversee public relations and communications strategy, including media and influencer relations, partnerships, events, and activations.
- The role is responsible to drive storytelling, copywriting, and content development (press releases, press kits, and brand messaging), manage agencies, and ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand image across all external communications.
- PR & Communications Manager reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated PR and communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning, in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Director, including a year round activity calendar across key markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key opinion leaders, while managing media inquiries, press trips, interviews, PR shoots, and brand aligned partnerships.
- Lead community outreach and CSR initiatives, represent the hotel at industry events and social functions, and oversee the planning and execution of the hotel’s event strategy.
- Create and manage high quality PR content (press releases, kits, bios, invitations) and announcements, ensuring consistency in messaging, storytelling, tone of voice, and brand image across all channels.
- Monitor, analyse, and report PR performance, including post project evaluations, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and activities.
