- Develop and execute an integrated PR and communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key opinion leaders.
- Lead community outreach and CSR initiatives, represent the hotel at industry events, and oversee event strategy.
- Create and manage high quality PR content (press releases, kits, bios, invitations) ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor, analyse, and report PR performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage PR agencies and corporate communications alignment, while leading and developing team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality PR or within a luxury brand/leading PR agency, preferably Dubai based with strong UAE and regional media networks.
- Proven expertise in managing media, influencers, and partnerships within the luxury sector.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a keen understanding of tone of voice, brand positioning, and image.
- Confident communicator with strong media knowledge and relationship management capabilities.
- Creative, proactive, and innovative mindset, with the ability to craft compelling stories and adapt to a dynamic media landscape.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), with strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.

- Reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications.
