- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models
- Build and maintain scalable data warehouses, lakehouses, and data marts
- Develop and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and integration
- Manage data extraction and integration from ERP and enterprise systems using APIs and automated methods
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for report distribution, alerts, and approvals
- Administer Power BI Gateway, dataset refresh schedules, workspace security, and Row Level Security
- Monitor and optimise reporting performance, scalability, and reliability
- Implement strong data governance, security, and data quality standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and analytical solutions
- Support executive reporting, operational analytics, and self service BI initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics
- Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, Data Modelling, and API Integration
- Experience with ERP platforms and enterprise scale reporting environments
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly capable Power BI & Data Analytics Specialist to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting, analytics, and data solutions.
- This role is ideal for a hands on data and BI professional with strong experience across Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, ETL/ELT development, Azure data services, and enterprise reporting platforms.
- You will play a key role in building scalable reporting environments, developing robust data integration pipelines, and delivering actionable business insights to support strategic and operational decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models
- Build and maintain scalable data warehouses, lakehouses, and data marts
- Develop and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and integration
- Manage data extraction and integration from ERP and enterprise systems using APIs, data entities, and automated integration methods
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for report distribution, alerts, approvals, and business process automation
- Administer Power BI Gateway, dataset refresh schedules, workspace security, and Row Level Security (RLS)
- Monitor and optimise reporting performance, scalability, and reliability

Requirements

- Strong experience with performance tuning, query optimisation, and data transformation
- Experience working with ERP platforms and enterprise scale reporting environments
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or similar ERP platforms
- Experience with Power BI Embedded and embedded analytics solutions
- Exposure to enterprise application hosting, reporting automation, and large scale data platforms
