Role overview
Kerzner International is seeking a Pool Host for One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Engage guests with personalized service while they use the pool.
- Proactively address guest needs and facilitate their requests.
- Help deliver memorable guest experiences at the resort.
Requirements
- At least one to two years of experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotel is required.
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure are required.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication is required.
- Knowledge of another language is an additional qualification.
Workplace
- The role is based at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai and involves poolside guest service.
