Role Overview

Creative Development

• Develop editorial-led concepts for campaigns, launches, seasonal moments, brand storytelling, experiences, restaurants, partnerships, and resort initiatives.
• Create look and feel, mood boards, creative treatments, visual territories, layouts, presentations, and creative decks.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, visually powerful narratives and develop social-first, motion, animation, and digital assets where appropriate.

Design and Production

• Design across digital, social, print, email, presentations, events, and guest touchpoints with strong typography, composition, imagery, and negative space.
• Shape photography selection, image sequencing, visual storytelling, photoshoots, and content productions from concept through final execution.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, agencies, and other creative partners.
• Maintain consistency across creative output while evolving the resort's visual expression.

Project and Brand Management

• Stay current with fashion, luxury, travel, art, architecture, design, and editorial trends and bring relevant references into the work.
• Build and maintain an organized library of creative assets, templates, and brand resources.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing speed with a high standard of execution.

Creative Profile

• Strong visual judgment, cultural curiosity, creative courage, and an exceptional eye for luxury, editorial design, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to develop the idea behind a design, understand luxury brand language, and create modern, understated, sophisticated, and desirable work.
• Confidence presenting creative concepts, challenging conventional hospitality marketing, and collaborating independently or with senior stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications

• 4–6 or more years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or visual communication.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction, or a related discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, fashion, editorial, travel, lifestyle, beauty, or a leading creative agency is highly desirable.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or motion design would be an advantage.
• Experience working on photoshoots and content productions is highly desirable.

Portfolio Evidence

• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating conceptual, editorial, and luxury creative work is essential.
• The portfolio should show editorial design, luxury branding, campaign concepts, art direction, typography, photography-led storytelling, digital and social creative, and brand identity.
