Position Summary
Oversee daily operations of the hotel swimming pool and beach facilities.
Ensure exceptional guest service, high cleanliness standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Supervise pool and beach attendants, coordinate daily operations, monitor facilities and equipment, and maintain a safe guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pool and beach operations and lead, train, and monitor attendants and lifeguards.
- Inspect pool, beach, loungers, umbrellas, cabanas, showers, changing areas, and other facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, equipment care, water-quality testing, and lifeguard coverage.
- Monitor guest activities and intervene promptly when unsafe behavior is observed.
- Welcome guests, provide facility information, assist with towels and amenities, and handle concerns.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Recreation, and other departments.
- Report maintenance issues, hazards, damaged equipment, shortages, incidents, and accidents.
- Manage supplies and inventory, conduct team briefings, and prepare schedules where applicable.
- Complete opening and closing procedures and maintain records of testing, incidents, maintenance, and lost property.
