Role Overview
The Guest Services Center Agent supports guests by handling inquiries, providing hotel information, resolving satisfaction issues, and coordinating with hotel departments.
The role requires knowledge of the hotel product and PBX system, including room types, rates, facilities, outlets, promotions, and other Anantara properties.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel product and PBX system.
- Deliver guest service that consistently meets Anantara standards.
- Address guest satisfaction issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Suggest alternatives that meet guest needs and enhance the guest experience.
- Develop close and harmonious working relationships with all hotel departments.
- Attend hotel events, daily shift briefings, and training sessions.
Requirements
- Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, facilities, outlets, promotions, spa and health club services, and other Anantara properties.
- Maintain knowledge of the hotel PBX system.
