Role Overview
Serve as the main point of guest contact 24 hours a day.
Monitor night operations and ensure guest requests are handled smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all night arrivals.
- Ensure reservations are honored or resolved quickly and smoothly.
- Handle VIP room inspections, arrivals, and departures.
- Resolve guest satisfaction issues and complete timely follow-up.
- Complete the night audit according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as required.
- Keep team members informed about hotel products, services, room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa, and health club.
- Attend training sessions as required.
Requirements
- Serve as the main point of guest contact around the clock.
- Ensure guest requests and satisfaction issues are followed up in a timely manner.
- Complete the night audit according to resort standards and procedures.
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, and outlets.
- Attend required training sessions.
