- Lead policy research, analysis, and benchmarking against international best practices
- Develop policy papers, briefing notes, strategic reports, and executive recommendations
- Assess regulatory, economic, social, and governance implications of proposed policies
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of public sector policies and initiatives
- Engage with government entities, regulators, academia, think tanks, and private sector stakeholders
- Monitor global trends, emerging technologies, and policy developments relevant to government innovation and governance
- Facilitate workshops, consultations, and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Prepare presentations and strategic advice for senior leadership
- Contribute to regulatory reform, governance frameworks, and future readiness initiatives
Requirements
- Degree or higher in Public Policy, Public Administration, International Relations, Economics, Law, Political Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in public policy, government advisory, strategy consulting, regulatory affairs, or think tanks
- Strong understanding of government decision making processes and policy development cycles
- Demonstrated experience producing high quality policy papers and strategic recommendations
- Excellent analytical, research, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Professional level English (spoken and written) is mandatory
