Podcast Studio Manager & Sales Executive.

Role Overview

Sales and Business Development

• Search for new clients, approach companies and creators, respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, prepare offers, and close bookings.
• Build partnerships and referral channels, develop corporate and agency accounts, generate repeat business, and upsell recording, editing, production, and content services.
• Work toward monthly sales and revenue targets.

Packages and Recurring Revenue

• Develop and sell monthly recording and production packages or subscriptions rather than relying only on individual studio hours.
• Convert one-time clients into recurring customers, manage package usage and renewals, and upsell larger packages as client requirements grow.
• Prioritize recurring monthly revenue while continuing to sell hourly studio bookings.

CRM and Bookings

• Manage all leads and clients in a CRM, record inquiries and follow-ups, maintain the pipeline, track conversion rates and renewals, and provide regular reports.
• Own the studio calendar, organize sessions, confirm bookings and payments, coordinate changes, and maximize paid studio utilization.

Production and Client Management

• Coordinate editors, videographers, sound engineers, freelancers, contractors, assignments, deadlines, project files, quality, and final delivery.
• Act as the main client contact, translate requirements into production tasks, communicate professionally, collect feedback, encourage repeat bookings, and identify additional sales opportunities.

Operations and Systems

• Create operating procedures, organize communication channels and client files, maintain follow-up systems, track payments and packages, and coordinate production.
• Identify operational problems, solve them, create management reports, and continuously improve studio efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• The employer seeks someone commercial, highly organized, persistent with follow-ups, comfortable with CRM systems, and confident closing business.
• The candidate must manage multiple projects, coordinate production teams, take ownership, build missing systems, and focus on revenue, efficiency, and customer retention.
• Experience in podcasting, recording studios, media production, content production, creative agencies, events, or similar businesses is highly preferred.
• Three years of client-services experience and fluent English are required.

Compensation

• The description gives conflicting monthly compensation figures, including a fixed salary of AED 3,000–4,500 plus performance commission and potential total earnings of AED 10,000–12,000.
