INFLUENCER, PR & PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR

Role Overview

Influencer & UGC

• Research and identify relevant Dubai-based influencers and UGC creators.
• Build and maintain an organized influencer database.
• Conduct outreach, coordinate collaborations, and manage follow-ups.
• Coordinate creator visits and track content, reach, and results.
• Build ongoing creator relationships rather than one-off collaborations.

PR & Events

• Research and connect with Dubai-based event organizers, communities, and relevant brands.
• Identify partnership opportunities that can bring events and experiences to Matcha Vibes.
• Develop concepts such as candle-making, mandala or art workshops, wellness experiences, and creative workshops.
• Help coordinate events from initial contact through execution.
• Attend relevant meetings and activations when required.

B2B Partnerships

• Research hotels, restaurants, cafés, corporate businesses, lifestyle brands, and other potential B2B partners.
• Build and maintain a targeted B2B database.
• Identify decision-makers and relevant contacts.
• Support outreach and follow-ups to generate potential business opportunities.
• Research opportunities to expand Matcha Vibes beyond the café.

Targets & Execution

• Work with the Marketing Team and CMO to execute monthly marketing priorities and partnership strategy.
• Meet targets for creators researched and contacted, collaborations, event opportunities, B2B leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Independently execute priorities, follow up, and deliver measurable results without constant supervision.
• Continued collaboration depends on meeting agreed targets and demonstrating results.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years of PR experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai influencer, PR, events, and lifestyle scene.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, response, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort with outreach through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Creative understanding of social media and current trends.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Three years of influencer experience and existing relevant connections are preferred or advantageous.

Compensation

• Pay is from AED 6,000 per month.
• The role is performance-based with agreed weekly and monthly targets.

Working Structure

• The position is part-time and remote, with availability for Dubai required.
• Selected meetings, events, and partnership activations require on-site attendance in Dubai.
