Work Arrangement
- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
- The role requires willingness to travel 25%.
- The employment type is full-time.
Sales Responsibilities
- Generate new corporate business through active outreach, networking, cold calling, email, messaging, and meetings.
- Visit prospective clients and approach hotels, corporations, event agencies, developers, malls, schools, universities, and other organizations.
- Build relationships with HR, marketing, procurement, events, and hospitality decision-makers.
- Sell corporate events, F&B activations, catering, workshops, and related services.
- Generate leads, develop a sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
- Develop recurring corporate accounts, maintain CRM records, report sales activity, and achieve monthly targets.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of event sales experience is required.
- Previous B2B or corporate sales experience in Dubai or the UAE is required.
- The candidate must be able to generate new business independently.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-approach skills are required.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel 25% are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, catering, events, hotels, or activations is strongly preferred.
- An existing UAE corporate network is a strong advantage.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation
- The role provides a fixed monthly salary and performance-based commission.
- The posting states that total income depends significantly on sales performance and results.
- The stated pay range is AED 2,580.09 to AED 9,078.65 per month.
