Matcha Vibes is seeking a Director of Corporate Partnerships & Events to take full ownership of its corporate partnerships and events direction.
This is a leadership and commercial growth role requiring both team leadership and hands-on relationship building, negotiations, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Corporate Partnerships & Events division.
- Manage the existing sales and event team, set targets, and hold the team accountable.
- Build commercial strategies for corporate, government, and institutional clients.
- Develop senior relationships with UAE corporations, government entities, hospitality groups, agencies, and premium brands.
- Create long-term partnerships, corporate programs, activations, workshops, collaborations, and recurring contracts.
- Build a measurable pipeline and coordinate sales, event organization, and operations.
- Own revenue growth, profitability, client retention, and divisional performance.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in B2B, corporate partnerships, events, hospitality, or business development.
- At least 5 years of event planning experience.
- Understanding of the UAE corporate environment.
- Ability to lead and develop a sales team.
- Ability to communicate with CEOs, senior executives, and government representatives.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and commercial skills.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- An existing UAE corporate, government, hospitality, agency, or premium-brand network is advantageous.
Compensation
- Compensation consists of a fixed salary plus a performance-based percentage.
- The fixed salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience, network, and track record.
- The performance percentage will be linked to divisional commercial performance and revenue.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
Success Measures
Success will be measured through corporate and event revenue growth, divisional profitability, strategic accounts, pipeline quality, signed business, repeat business, team performance, client retention, and corporate presence in the UAE.
