Job Description

  • The Senior Project Manager (PMO) is responsible for leading and executing complex business projects while ensuring strategic alignment and adherence to technical standards.
  • This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to drive projects independently with minimal oversight.

Job Specific Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute complex business projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical standards.
  • Apply advanced business & technical knowledge to oversee integrations, server configurations, and cybersecurity measures for payment solutions.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, setting clear expectations, and promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Develop and refine project management frameworks, employing best practices tailored to the payments industry.
  • Coordinating closely with the Head of Enterprise and demonstrating significant autonomy in decision making.
  • Embody a strong sense of leadership and ownership, acting decisively and effectively without the need for frequent oversight.
