About the Role
HALA is seeking a Cybersecurity Offensive Specialist to execute offensive security assessments, including red teaming and penetration testing, across systems, networks, and applications.

Responsibilities
- Execute offensive security assessments (red teaming, adversary simulation, penetration testing) in alignment with SAMA CSF and NCA ECC requirements
- Conduct controlled attack exercises on apps, cloud, APIs, and payment/merchant platforms
- Execute advanced penetration testing and source code reviews to identify vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with Defense/SOC teams to validate and improve detections
- Maintain and utilize offensive tooling and lab environments
- Deliver clear remediation guidance to Product/Engineering teams
- Ensure all assessment activities align with SAMA CSF and NCA ECC control objectives
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in offensive security
- At least one recognized offensive security certification: OSCP, CRTO, eCPPT or equivalent
- Preferred: OSEP, OSWE, GXPN, GWAPT, GPEN, or CRTP/CRTE

Role Summary
- The Cybersecurity Offense Specialist executes offensive security assessments, penetration tests, and adversary simulations.
- The role involves documenting findings and collaborating with defensive teams to enhance detection and response.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute HALA's offensive security assessments in alignment with SAMA CSF and NCA ECC requirements.
