Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic regulatory review and investigations of compliance issues
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on compliance issues
- Design and coordinate regulatory review on policies, procedures, training materials, and marketing materials
- Establish self review and compliance monitoring programs
- Coordinate creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures from new laws and regulations
- Write compliance reports and update the risk register
- Escalate noncompliance risks
- Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues
- Coordinate SAMA visits and perform SAMA requests and reports
- Lead implementation of new regulations and analysis of regulatory penalties
- Review whistleblowing reports
