Villacare Plus provides facility management, home maintenance, renovation, and villa-care services across the UAE.
Its services include plumbing, renovations, painting, flooring, landscaping, swimming pools, garage doors, aluminium and glass work, and general maintenance.
Work Location and Schedule
- The work location is Dubai, UAE, and the role is onsite.
- Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one fixed overtime hour daily, six days per week.
- The schedule includes nine working hours per day plus a one-hour lunch break.
Role Description
The company is seeking an experienced Plumber for its maintenance team.
The role requires hands-on experience with villa plumbing systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
The plumber will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and provide professional service at residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems in villas and commercial properties.
- Diagnose leaks, blockages, low water pressure, and drainage problems.
- Install, repair, and maintain PPR, PVC, and UPVC piping systems.
- Clean and disinfect water tanks according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Service water heaters, pumps, valves, and related plumbing equipment.
- Inspect systems and recommend preventive maintenance or replacement.
- Complete job reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
- Work safely and efficiently while meeting company quality standards.
- Provide professional customer service at client properties.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a maintenance plumber.
- Strong knowledge of villa plumbing systems and residential maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with PPR, PVC, and UPVC piping systems.
- Experience with water tank cleaning, water heater servicing, and general plumbing maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing faults independently.
- Basic English communication skills.
- The candidate should be reliable, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a facility management or maintenance company is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
